Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on helping you gain clarity, shift perspectives, and tap into your own strengths and solutions. In coaching, I ask powerful questions to help you think differently and move forward with purpose. Consulting, on the other hand, involves providing expertise, advice, and structured guidance based on my experience. Depending on your needs, we may blend both approaches—supporting reflection and offering strategies where appropriate.
Coaching is a good fit if you’re seeking clarity, trying to make a change, feeling stuck, or wanting to grow personally or professionally. You don’t need to be in crisis—you just need to be open to thinking in new ways and willing to take small steps toward the life or work you want.
I work with professionals, leaders, and individuals at all stages of life. Many of my clients are navigating career decisions, burnout, life transitions, or simply want to feel more fulfilled and aligned. I also continue to consult with corporate teams and executives, bringing strategic insight to leadership, communication, and performance challenges.
Each session is a confidential space for you to explore what matters most—whether it’s a challenge, a decision, or a goal. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and reflect what I hear to help you gain clarity and forward momentum. Together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in your way and what’s possible on the other side.
I hold an MBA and a Master’s in Education focused on adult learning and development. I have extensive experience working with global organizations and individuals across industries and life stages. My coaching is rooted in practical insight, empathy, and a belief in your potential.
When consulting, yes—I’ll share insights and recommendations based on experience. In coaching, I focus more on helping you discover your best answers. That said, my style is flexible. If you're open to it, I’ll sometimes offer suggestions—but only when it supports your process, not overrides it.
No—coaching is not a replacement for therapy. While we may explore emotions and patterns, coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented. If therapy seems like a better fit, I’ll gladly refer you to a qualified provider.
